| - It's near impossible to control which skill is going to be trained. If it's Alertness or Dodge, which are often stuck at less than maximum level, this is a very nice effect. If it provides training to your Haggling skill, well...
The only way to control which skills will be trained is by maxing all the others - rarely practical until very late in the game.
