Haerta provided Disjunction and her Epic Necromancy spell, Familicide with which Vaarsuvius eradicated 25% of the Black dragons, several part-dragon hybrids died as well, including the entire Draketooth Clan, and some humans with dragon ancestry. There was some confusion over the spelling of her name. In her first appearance she was introduced as "Haera Bloodsoak", but she was subsequently mentioned twice by Lee and once by Jephton the Unholy as "Haerta". She is listed in the GiantITP.com forum thread for character appearances as Haerta Bloodsoak, Wrecan deciding that since she had three mentions as Hearta and only one as Haera that the former was her intended name.
