  • The Stealth Tactical Aerial Reconnaissance Satellite or STARS is the Primary Remsian Satellite and Communications Transceiver. The satellite featured half a cameras capable of seeing an individuals face from orbit, Data Transceivers that received data from individuals on the planet subspace transmissions and HyperComm/HoloNet/TemplarNet data. STARS are extremely useful; they covertly relay communications, topography information, enemy locations, and allied locations and equipment positions to the HUD of allied units in range. Furthermore, channels like used by ground squads, such as those that monitor the life support systems of units, are relayed across STARS. They also broadcast orders for individual units. STARS help the Remsian military coordinate even complex operations easily and under stealth conditions, where even COM chatter can give away unit positions. STARS are also deployed in space at predetermined locations to transmit data to Republic across the galaxy. These STARS are larger than normal and carry an advanced anti-slicing AI to keep slicers from accessing the TemplarNet and finding the location of Sekot or other Remsian bases like Gehenna or the path through Seamus' Curtain.
