Dr. Fawn is the code name the Spectrum Organisation has given to Dr. Edward Wilkie, M.D., the Chief Medical Officer of Cloudbase. The son of a prominent Australian physician, he developed the "AutoNurses" that many World Government agencies still use. It was Dr. Fawn who coined the term "retro-metabolism" for the process by which Captain Scarlet's Mysteronised likeness, once he awakened in the Cloudbase SickBay after being shot off the London Car-Vu Sky Park Tower, came back to life and proved to have enabled him (Captain Scarlet) to heal, and so completely as not even to leave scars behind, almost any injury he sustained--even a deadly one--in a matter of hours.
