Park Hill is a famous housing complex of deck access flats in Sheffield, England. They date to 1962 and were built by Ivor Smith and Jack Flynn to the designs of J L Warmington-on-Sleigh who dreamt of streets in the sky. They are Grade II* listed buildings. Sheffield's fathers were very proud of their new flats which they said made the city look like a Tuscan Hill Village that someone had built an enormous concrete council estate in.

Sheffield's fathers were very proud of their new flats which they said made the city look like a Tuscan Hill Village that someone had built an enormous concrete council estate in. The flats are currently under going re-development by developers Urban Splash. They suffered from various problems, due to the design and construction of reinforced concrete. They are to under go extensive repairs following stripping back to the bare frame. They will be fitted with modern insulated cladding and double glazing, to solve the problem of high heating costs. The concrete frame repaired, new lifts fitted and new service cores built.
