Your left hand should come back to guard position. 7. * Left back punch saying “Seven sir.” Again, focus on your twist. 8. * Feet together with an Open Hand X-block, saying “Eight sir.” 9. * CHARIO position hands at your side, eyes straight ahead, saying “Nine sir.” 10. * Bow (Kyung Ye position), with eyes straight ahead, saying “Ten sir.”
