- The next KanColle server maintenance & update is slated for this Friday. During said update several ship girls such as the battleships Nagato & Mutsu and the light cruisers Abukuma & Yura will receive White Day voice lines, and a new map will be unlocked in the Central Waters area!
- Our work on the development & eventual release of the Android version is making progress. Preregistrations will be accepted until the start of the next maintenance this week on Friday. Players who'd like to have early access to the Android version are advised to register on the home port menu by then! ※We're still working things out with DMM regarding the release date.
- Maintenance status: We're currently working on the KanColle server maintenance & update. While we've entered the final stage of the maintenance, we've some problems and are currently trying to fix them. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
- The KanColle server cluster-wide maintenance and update occurring today, 3/11 will include limited White Day voices for fairly more shipgirls than last year, and preparations are ongoing for the implementation of a new sea area within the Central Sea. In the deepest part of this new sea area, Isolated Island Princess is preparing to intercept your attack along with new companions.

- The Isolated Island Princess and the Artillery Imps in the deepest part of the Central Waters area are installation-type enemies, but their defence characteristics are unlike those of the softskinned installations you've encountered so far. Case in point, the Artillery Imp is a pillbox-type installation, therefore Type 3 Shells are not effective against it.

- The Hinamatsuri voice lines have been removed.

- By using certain ship girls as support you can now mod the Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane. A fully modded Reconnaissance Plane can also be upgraded into a new piece of equipment by using Type 0 Fighter Model 21.
- This year we've added even more voice lines than last year, for a total of around 110 ship girls
- The voice lines of a certain mission control girl have been updated to feature several patterns depending on the circumstances.
- The new seplane fighter Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai has been implemented. It can be obtained by using several Type 0 Fighter Model 21 to upgrade a fully modded Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane. It's not as strong as carrier-based planes, but may contribute to gaining Air Superiority or Supremacy under certain circumstances.
