It was rumored that Rowe would reprise his role in Guy Ritchie's version which later turned out to be an April Fool's Day joke (despite being quite believable since Rowe's appearance in Ritchie's "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels"). He did, however reprise the role of Holmes (alongside Alan Cox's Watson, again) in a few sketches for 2010 event Improvathon.
