Deltha Lee O'Neal, III (born January 30, 1977) is a former American college and professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for nine seasons. He played college football at University of California, Berkeley, and was recognized as an All-American. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos as the 15th pick overall in the 2000 NFL Draft, and he played professionally for the Broncos, Cincinnati Bengals and New England Patriots of the NFL. He was a two-time Pro Bowl selection.
