| Notes
| - - Zinda Blake suggests the name "Birds of Prey" for Oracle's group of agents and had some jackets with a logo made for them to wear.
|
| Plot
| - Returning from surgery, Dinah and Zinda help Barbara move into her new apartment in Metropolis and is greeted by a welcoming party set up by Dinah.
- After the party Helena leaves again, still feeling resentful from being "rehabilitated" by Oracle. Afterwards, while Superman is in Tehran helping earthquake victims, Prankster stages a Mayan sacrifice on public television but is foiled by Black Canary and Blackhawk.
- Meanwhile, in Gotham, Huntress, in an effort to abolish Gotham's drug racket around the Highland Hills suburban area where she works as a teacher, intends to go undercover as a mob decapo, using her family's history in the underworld with Oracle's help.
