The Hoot Mon was a yo-yo produced in the late 1950's for the Canadian market by Duncan. It features the words "return top" (instead of yo-yo, due to Papa's Toy Co. Ltd owning the trademark for the term "yo-yo" in Canada), and has plastic outer shells with a metal interior and metal axle.
