  • Fuddles are the peculiar people who live in Fuddlecumjig.
  • The Fuddles look like regular people, but they are made of a good many small pieces, and when a stranger comes near them, they have a habit of falling apart and scattering themselves around, not because they're afraid but because it's what they do. They then must be put back together, like a jigsaw puzzle. At various times local Munchkins, Quadlings, Winkies, or Gillikins visit the village to amuse themselves by matching up some of the residents. The Fuddles never match themselves, since they are not puzzles to each other, and there is no fun in it.
