An indirect state legislative election took place in the Samaran state of Alberry on April 6, 2013 to determine the allocation of 87 seats in the Alberry Legislative Assembly. The result of the election was determined using votes from the federal election held on the same day. The result was a landslide win for the Alberry Labour Party, which defeated the Democratic Party of Samara by a margin of 60 - 27 seats. It was the largest margin of victory of any of the state elections held that day, with elections in both the Kydra Vale and in Calandra being decided by just two seats.
