Hoisin Sauce * 1 garlic clove, Crushed * 1/3 Cup brown sugar, Firmly Packed * 1 T. Honey * 1 T. soy sauce * 1/4 T. ground ginger Sprinkle Ribs With sugar And salt. Let Stand 1 Hour. Preheat Oven to 350. Place Ribs on Rack in Roasting Pan. Bake 1 Hour. Prepare Island Marinade. Brush Marinade on Ribs. Bake 15 Minutes. Turn Ribs And Brush With Additional Marinade. Bake 15 Minute More or Until Well Glazed. Serve at Once or They May be Frozen; Before Serving Ribs, Reheat in a 350 Oven For 10 Minutes or Until Hot.Makes 8 to 10 Appetizer Servings.
