Auberge d'Écume was the inn of Roland de Haie and his partner. In 1906, Henry Walton Jones, Senior and his family stayed there while he researched a local abbey for clues about the Holy Grail's existence. However, his seven year old son's actions involving a slingshot and Madame de Haie's pet cat encouraged them to find accommodation elsewhere.
