The Volume 4 Character Short features original animation and story and will not be cut from upcoming scenes, in the same vein as the four character trailers. It was released on October 3rd, 2016, around three weeks before the premiere of Volume 4. A trailer was also released for the RWBY: Volume 2 Soundtrack.
