| - Shyvana is on the surface a rather arrogant woman who believes strongly in her opinions and skills. She can come off as disrespectful, direct or just plain rude on occasion. Rarely bothering to choose her words carefully, she says what is on her mind regardless of the consequences. The matriarchal way of life runs deeply within her and as such, she views males as second class and treats them as though they were animals rather than people. However, there is another side of her and when meeting with someone she respects or can get along with, she can be surprisingly friendly and light hearted with a sharp wit and a strange sense of humour. Background
Shyvana's background in her own words: "About a year ago, my sister revealed to our family that she was leaving the Consortium in order to join the Jedi Order. She had known for some time that she could use it but had hidden it from us until that point. Our family had always been one with a deep hatred for Jedi, the Order are not popular with our people due to our peoples dealings with them in the past. So, to have one in our own family brought great shame upon us and gave us a stigma which we could not remove. The Hapan society practically turned its back on us despite our standing and we quickly fell from grace. My mother was unable to live with the shame of it all, she withdrew from the world and made no effort to try and keep our family from falling. She became hostile, a nervous wreck who would lash out at everyone even her own daughter, the only one who stayed with her despite her madness. In the end, she took her own life one night by the use of poison. She died 8 months ago and I have been wondering the Consortium ever since, cutting down those who I once called friends." Family Melira Narcista (Deceased) - Shyvana was close to her mother, who taught her everything she needed to know in order to one day take over as the matriarch of their house. Melira was stubborn, arrogant and had a very sharp wit but underneath cared deeply for her daughters especially Shyvana, the youngest and the one who relished the political chess game which was their life. Unfortunately, the departure of her oldest daughter and the devastating effects of it caused the once proud woman to snap and eventually she took her own life, to the horror of the only family member who stayed with her to the end, Shyvana.
