The Megisitriplextron is equal to M(Megisiduplextron,3), using the Hyper-Moser notation M(m,n) for m inside n+2-gon. The term was coined by Aarex Tiaokhiao. In the up-arrow notation, megisitriplextron is between \(10 \uparrow\uparrow\uparrow 14\) and \(10 \uparrow\uparrow\uparrow 15\).
