Frank Blum (born June 29, 1952, in Sudbury, Ontario) is a retired Goaltender who played in 9 games in the World Hockey Association for the Ottawa Nationals, Toronto Toros, and the Winnipeg Jets. He was chosen 86th overall in the 1972 NHL Amateur Draft by the Atlanta Flames but never played in the NHL. He retired in 1975.
