"Tradition is an ever important and vital part of any culture. All through time, our culture has had one tradition that will never change: the Trials. Once a man or woman reaches an age of Assurance, they are given a choice to be chosen. They may stand before The Chooser, one born with the ability to speak for all of the Eight Governing forces of their realm, and be Chosen to go on their Trial, or wait another year. These few people, they embark on a journey, travelling with only those Chosen with them with the very eyes of teh Eight watching their every step.
