  • "Caveman" is a Cockroaches song from there album, Fingertips. The song was later adapted for a Wiggles song called Caveland, sung in Hoop-Dee-Doo: It's a Wiggly Party.

  • Caveman is the slang term for neanderthals. They are early humans who relied almost entirely on the wilderness around them for commodities. In Ook and Gluk: Kung Fu Cavemen from The Future they inhabit a small town called Caveland. A group of cavemen also appear in the 10th Captain Underpants book when George and Harold are teleported to the plains of Africa where they teach them English through drawing and eventually, inventing the world's first comic. They then retaliate against Tippy Tinkletrousers and eventually are saved after Captain Underpants makes them warm up inside the fabric of Tippy's robot trousers.
  • He had brownish skin and black shoulder-length hair. He wore a dark brown cloth around his waistline.

  • The Caveman is a LEGO minifigure introduced in 2010 as a part of 8683 Minifigures Series 1. The new pieces he comes with include a new club piece and a new hair piece.
  • Cavemen are a primitive race of men who live in caves on Third Earth. In order to secure the Time Capsule Lion-O had to wrestle one.
  • The caveman (cavewoman if female) is one of the player roles in NetHack. Cavemen can be either lawful or neutral, and can be humans, dwarves or gnomes. Their special spell is dig, their default starting pet a little dog called Slasher. Cavemen do not suffer consequences from cannibalism. The guidebook has little to say about cavemen: Cavemen and Cavewomen start with exceptional strength but, unfortunately, with neolithic weapons.

Description from LEGO.com
  • This would-be inventor from the prehistoric past is always tinkering with sticks, rocks and the occasional bricks he finds lying around, trying to invent something new. Of course, everything he comes up with has already been invented – he’s a Caveman with a tiny little brain, after all – but that doesn’t stop him from trying. He never gets jokes and usually needs things explained to him with gestures and pictures…and even then, he gets it wrong most of the time. The Caveman is very strong and always hungry. If something looks like it might be food, he’ll try to take a bite, and if it runs away, he’ll lift his club up above his head and chase it down. Not a lot of people know it, but he’s also an excellent artist who can create incredible landscapes and murals using only the simplest of tools!

Monster Memory
  • A huge, hairy mass of muscle lumbers toward you. He wears only the skins and furs of slain animals. More beast than man, the caveman eyes you hungrily, as cavemen rarely have preferences in their eating habits. They don't care if their meat is cooked or raw, hog or hurthling.
