- E-123 Omega (オメガ, Omega?), or, technically, E-123 Ω, is a fictional robot from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He first appeared in Sonic Heroes, locked in a room, guarding Shadow the Hedgehog's stasis pod. He, Rouge the Bat, and Shadow make a team to take down Dr. Eggman, Team Dark.

- Despite being created by Dr. Eggman, Omega was never employed by the doctor in battle and rebelled against him, an act that he never regretted. As part of his vendetta against his creator, he became particularly fond of destroying other robots built by the doctor. Having been found by Rouge the Bat in the same facility as an amnesiac Shadow the Hedgehog, Omega joined forces with the two to form Team Dark, a group that fought against Metal Sonic during his impersonation of Dr. Eggman. Rouge went inside to steal Eggman's legendary "secret treasure", but found Omega instead. Shadow was also in that room, found by Eggman after the Space Colony Arc incident. Omega attacked Shadow, but Rouge intervened to break up the battle. The three soon became friends, even though Omega didn't have good feelings for Shadow at the start.
