The Mercora were a peaceful race that came to Earth and colonized it around 65,000,000 B.C. when their home planet was destroyed when its sun was sucked into a black hole. They were constantly at war with a hivemind race of ant-like creatures called the Nesk and introduced Broccoli, which is a crop they cultivated on their homeworld, to Earth. The ones that were on Earth were the only ones in existence. The Mercora looked like huge, very asymmetrical multi-colored crabs that had with one big three-way pincher on one side of their body, and three human-like arms, with long, tampered, delicate fingers on the other side. They had a total of seven legs, three on one side, four on the other side, which are larger, as well as multiple eyes, which were each hidden beneath tiny trap doors in their
