William Charles Bustin (1866-1957) was Progressive Mayor of Bermondsey 1919-22. He was Superintendent of the Bermondsey Gospel Mission (1891-1946), which he ran with his wife, the gospel singer Madame Annie Ryall, daughter of Walter Ryall who founded the Mission in 1861. Their son Cyril was Superintendent from 1946-62. Some information here [1].
