A shapeshifter is something that reconstructs everything in it's body, to make itself into the image of another creature. It can also do what they call a 'partial shift' and only change certain parts of the body. The time it takes to shift depends on the shapeshifter, however it generally equates pain to time, where the shorter the time the more the pain. There currently is only one shapeshifter in existence, and unfortunately because of the way they reproduce it does not look like there will ever be more than one.

  • Shapeshifters are inorganic, human hybrids from the Alternate Universe. The Alternate Universe, believing that Walter's initial actions in 1985 that caused devastating destruction were the first actions in a coming war that would see one of the universes completely destroyed, deployed the shapeshifters to ensure that it was their universe that survived.
