Yoritomo Ryozan was a bushi of the Mantis Clan and member of the Cult of Ruhmal. He was the right hand of the cell's leader, Yoritomo Utawa, and first mate of Utawa's ship. Yoritomo Utawa was killed by a group of samurai acting under orders from Otomo Banu. Ryozan has lost virtually all influence within the Cult, and he was extremely angry over Kakita Hamatsu's assumption of command. In 1133 his cell was destroyed by the same samurai who had killed his master.
