Asako Ieyasu was an Asako lord who after the Battle of the Broken Daisho in 827 set about giving lands to his loyal commanders. He gave to his son in-law, Asako Goji, the Shiryu, Osu, and Giryu provinces, the area of Kyuden Asako, and the lost castle of Morikage Toshi.
