The Pinnacle was a tall rock formation that was located in the middle of the Mos Espa Arena, on Tatooine. Centuries prior to the arena's construction, it was a sacred site for the Tusken Raiders, where sacrifices and rituals intended to promote good hunting seasons were performed. After being chased away, members of local Tusken Raider bands would regularly shoot at passing podracers, in order to avenge their ancestors.
