Dino Paul Crocetti (June 7, 1917 - December 25, 1995) was an American gangster and criminal best known for having a hand in multiple Las Vegas-area casinos from the late 1940's until his eventual arrest in 1981. Also known under the aliases The Crocetti Kid and Dangerous Dino, he, along with business partners Francis "Frankie" Sinatra and Joe Gottlieb cornered the gambling trade in Las Vegas and became the three most powerful men in the state of Nevada. Crocetti was convicted on multiple charges and sentenced in 1984, during a sensationalized trial covered by the national media, to five consecutive life sentences. Crocetti died in Hazelton Federal Prison in 1995 of lung cancer.
