After being left alone yet again, Sora begins to look around Traverse Town, and is approached by a mysterious woman. She wants to show him around, but Sora declines. Sora then begins to explain what had happened to him on his island, and that he's looking for his friends. The man then suggests that they are probably here as well, and that Sora should take a look around. Feeling sorry for Sora, the man introduces himself as Cid, and gives Sora a half-eaten piece of fruit. Sora thanks him and leaves, as soon as he leaves Cid's shop, he is confronted by another man. Who warns him, "They'll keep coming after you...as long as you wield the Keyblade."
