"Lady Chernoff is making an accusation or it's already made? Is there time to stop her?"
"She was with the magistrate when the raven flew, my [lord/lady]. How he reacted...?" Rona shrugs. "My people didn't wait before warning us."
"What is Lady Chernoff accusing me of?"
"Will the magistrate listen to Lady Chernoff?"
"Lady Chernoff kept her hands clean," Rona points out. "Her attacks on you were all through proxies. The magistrate has no reason to distrust her."
Rona scans the letter, then blanches. "She accuses you of sending her son Jorgen to the Wall to die. She claims it was willful murder."
"I knew abandoning Jorgen would come back to haunt us!"
"I didn't kill Jorgen. I gave him the same opportunity to prove himself as I gave Jon."
"I'd rather have the magistrate than Jorgen slinking around trying to sabotage me."
Only days later, Rona brings you news. "My [lord/lady], Lady Chernoff is in King's Landing. She's brought the magistrate a formal accusation against you!"
