Solvay is a small area in the United States of America. In 1985, FBI agents assigned to Syracuse, including Peter Watts, answered a call from Solvay, learning that some children had found a cooler floating in Onondaga Lake. In 1997, Watts told Frank Black about this incident, mentioning Solvay by name. (MM: "The Beginning & the End") Even though Solvay is a village in New York, its precise location is never established in Millennium. Its small size is also not directly established but can be assumed from the fact that it is only referred to in merely one episode of that series.
