  • Anastasiya Oksana De Santa (née Romanova) (b. 14 April 1983) was a Russian pure-blood witch and only child of former Russian Minister for Magic Vyacheslav Romanov and his deceased wife, Olga (née Valadzko). She was a descendant of the Russian Imperial Romanov family; she was the great-granddaughter of Anastasia Romanova, the youngest of Tsar Nicholas II's children and sole survivor of her family's massacre. Anastasia attended Koldovstoretz from 1993 to 2002. While attending the Russian wizarding school, Anastasiya became fast friends with Belarusian witch Maksima Stasevich. Anastasiya had an affinity for potions and was tutored by headmaster Ivan Karkaroff himself. She competed in the 85th edition of the Wizarding Schools Potions Championship in 2002, where she beat the champions from Hogwarts, Mahoutokoro and Uagadou. In 2002, Anastasiya was personally guarded by Anthony De Santa, an American Auror sent to Russia to beef up security after the terrorist scare during election season. Although initially hostile towards the man, she warmed up to him after witnessing how dedicated he was to protecting her and grew feelings for him after he saved her from an assassination attempt. After Anthony's job was completed, Anastasiya gave him a kiss and told him to come visit her in Russia whenever he was around. A few months later, Anastasiya was visited by Anthony and the two began a relationship. Anastasiya continued studying to become a Potioneer and opened up a Apothecary in Doroga Maga in 2007 while she and Anthony married a year later. In 2010, the couple was graced with twins; Niko Roman and Natalia Elena De Santa. Anastasiya and Anthony moved into a house provided by her father in the Caucasus while Maksima and her husband moved in next door.
