Momemn, "Praise Momas", is the administrative and commercial capital of the Nansur Empire. Heavily fortified, Momemn houses the residence of the Nansur Emperor, the Andiamine Heights, as well as one of the busiest harbors on the Three Seas. Historians have oft noted how each of the three capitals (Mehtsonc, Cenei, and Momemn) of the three great empires to arise from the Kyranae Plains have stood along the River Phayus, each closer than the last to the Meneanor. Some claim that Momemn, which stands at the mouth, will be the last, this leading to the common phrase "running out of river" to indicate changing fortunes.
