| - Eltoora is the leader of the spellcaster's guild in Neverwinter, the Many-Starred Cloak. She appears in all chapters (excluding the prelude and epilogues). Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. In chapter 1, she can be found in the Cloaktower, and offers membership in the guild to bards, sorcerers and wizards. Membership requires completing a challenge that starts by retrieving four items from labs in each of the four districts of Neverwinter (the labs will be marked on the map). After these items are retrieved, the applicant is sent to face a minogon, which is a difficult fight for low-level characters who ignore Eltoora's advice on how to defeat it. Success grants membership in the guild, the mark of which is a cloak (a many-starred cloak). Possession of the cloak is required to gain the benefits of membership, which in chapter 1 consists of being able to purchase from Eltoora's special inventory. The cloak is also a handy magic item in its own right. In Chapter 2, Eltoora is found on a plateau in the north of Port Llast; Interestingly, she makes no mention of being affiliated with the Many-Starred Cloak or even Neverwinter in general. She runs a store that she only opens after payment (each time) of a magical reagent, such as fairy dust. She also offers a quest to recover the five Imaskarran tomes. Each tome contains the recipe for creating a magical item in Eltoora's lab — a staff of power, a wand of lightning, a ring of protection +3, a ring of elemental resistance, and an amulet of natural armor +3. In Chapter 3, Eltoora has opened a branch of the Many-Starred Cloak in Beorunna's Well, providing arcane support to Aarin Gend's operation there. She makes no mention of events in previous chapters and oddly has a different portrait. Though not part of an official quest, her lab is the place where the PC may use the recipes in the books of Hasuraman the Muddled. Access to the lab is free to guild members (who still have the cloak to prove membership), but costs 2,000 gold to others. The books allow the creation of gargoyle boots, crystal robes, an amulet of natural armor +5, a ring of regeneration +4, and a staff of power. In Chapter 4, Eltoora has returned to her position in the Cloaktower, and is despondent over the Many-Starred Cloak's decimation in the war. She offers no quests and is just a shopkeeper.
