Budd Olsen (October 16, 1924 - December 26, 1991) was a NASCAR driver from Paulsboro, NJ. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career. Olsen debuted in 1949, competing at Langhorne. Starting 30th in the field of forty-five, Olsen fell some twenty laps down but still drove to a solid 12th place effort. Olsen nearly matched that finish in his other race, competing at Norwood in 1950. Starting 12th in the field of eighteen, Olsen was DQed near the 200-lap mark and finished 13th.
