They later discovered that the blockage inside Sa'id's stomach was not gallstones but actually emeralds which eventually sent Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Anthony DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd to Guantanamo Bay aka "Gitmo" in Cuba to investigate what had happened where they soon that discovered Sa'id had been in league with a detainee who planned on killing another detainee who had connections to Osama Bin Laden.
