We've finally got someone to explain to us why there were no core titles by Nintendo at E3 thanks to Shigeru Miyamoto. According to him, they've got plenty of core titles in development, though they no longer view E3 as the place to reveal them, but rather the place to reveal the casual games because of all the media there. The more media means the better chance of broadening the gaming community. I'm glad Miyamoto told us this, because it does in fact give us a better chance for more hardcore games this year during a different press conference, presumably a Nintendo exclusive event in Japan or the upcoming one in Europe. Who knows? I sure don't!
