Then throughout the years, his gang had grown too powerful. Becoming a complex network of members and territories, with this. Leading to a massive war between his and rivaling gang leaders, creating an extensive amount of deaths and damage. Then turning his gang into a new rookie crew, sailing to the new world. With an unknown bounty for such crimes as, his formation of a massive gang stretching over several major cities and undergrounds. His murders for countless civilians and other teenagers, forming his gang into a pirate crew. His defeat of several marine vessel sent after him and his crew, his most famous crime is his defeat of both captain Shu and Tashigi. The shortly after, capturing the two and using them as ransom to gain more money for him and his cause. With the nickname "The Two-Headed", because of his devil fruit the Hedo Hedo no Mi. With this, Zwei sets out to take over the seas and becoming one of the most dominant forces in the seas. Also wishing to defeat all of the people on the Kensei XI list, wanting to become the worlds most wanted man. However, Ironically he and his crew have been forced into an unusual alliance with Two Other Kensei XI.
