Cumarnee Migooch was an old fat hedgehog, who wore a tattered strawhat and a soupstained smock. He was probably the leader of the Migooch Tribe. He was the husband of Mammee Migooch. Cumarnee had been shown to give dramatically ludicrous punishments, for he once demanded that Scarum had to serve Migooch Tribe as a slave for twenty seasons after eating their supper. However, he later reconsidered, claiming that with such a great requirement of food, Scarum would not be worth keeping. Thus, he offered the gluttonous hare back to Sagaxus and Kroova Wavedog. Claiming that Scarum was incorrigible, they refused the hedgehog chieftain's offer at first, as well as Scarum's pleads and promises. However, they soon reluctantly allow him to rejoin him, but mainly as a gesture of mercy to the Migooch T
