Pucca gets an idea from Ching to bring the moon closer to Garu's house to see if it will make him fall in love with her. She brings the moon over to his house and when Garu sees Pucca, he runs over to her and kisses her, meaning Pucca's plan worked. The two go on several dates together, with Ching and Abyo as their witnesses. Ching finds Garu's affection cute but Abyo is disgusted by it. Eventually, Garu becomes addicted to Pucca and won't leave her alone, which begins to annoys her. He draws the line when he goes to Pucca's house at night and "sings" to her (it is really Destiny singing, but Garu is pretending that he's the one who is singing). Pucca decides she has enough and releases the moon back into the sky, bringing Garu back to his normal self, pleasing Pucca.
