Lydia says Beetlejuice's name three times, and they go to Tombstone, Scarizona. Beetlejuice and Lydia head into town where the people select Beetlejuice as their sheriff, because a bovine villain, Bully the Crud, is coming at high noon to fight the sheriff. Bully arrives and Beetlejuice is too terrified to fight, and his horse, Nags, trys to encourage him. To make matters worse, Bully falls in love with Lydia and tries to force her to marry him. Beetlejuice stops the wedding and has a showdown with Bully, resulting with him winning by pouring barbeque sauce all over the cow bandit. Bully runs away out of town and never comes back. Beetlejuice quits his job as sherriff because it's "ruining his good boots" and rides into the sunset, bickering with Nags all the way out of town.
