Jeff Pittman was the attorney for convicted child-killer Billy Kincaid. Citing an obscure case from the 1930's, Pittman was able to get the court to uphold his petition of appeal, and ultimately allowed Kincaid a mere 6 year sentence rather than the initial 22 year sentence.
