Jay Woodcroft (born August 11, 1976) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He is currently an assistant coach with the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League (NHL). In July 2008, the San Jose Sharks hired Woodcroft as an assistant coach under head coach Todd McLellan.
