The Lobo Negro is a mobile space station capable of limited FTL jumps, a jump range of only 60 Stellar Units (S.U.). It is now the only colonial facility capable of repairing and building new ships. With it Dry Docks the station can isolate sections of the outer hull of any ship for work in atmospheric conditions. This facilitates repairs for extreme damage. She can also build new ships from Nova Class down to Vipers. It normal crew compliment would be 7,511 of both officers and crewman but post Cylon attack it only has 974. It also norammly would carries a compliment of 1500 Colonial Marines however the bulk of her crew was on annual shore leave when the Cylons attacked. As a result only 200 hundred of her Marines survived the attack. Brigadier General John Connors is it Commanding Officer. Lobo Negro's Wing is makes up of Seven Squadrons of Viper Mark VII and one Squadron of experimental Viper Mark VIII. It also has a enought food, fuel, and water to last for ten years.
