She was soon made to flee when the Trooper self-destructed, destroying her house. Rather than be upset that she now had no home, Gladys was more concerned that Roger would have more opportunities to do D.I.Y., a worry shared by Sonic. It is unknown if Gladys is still with Roger, as her husband as often turned up in the Emerald Hill Zone without his long-suffering wife.
