| - A type of Guardroid appearing in Sigma Palace that copies Sigma, and attacks with sword slashes or by firing three projectiles. Some of them use a barrier for defense.
- Piranha-like Mechaniloids that attack by leaping from the water.
- Small bat-like Mechaniloids that act as aerial obstacles.
- A stationary defensive machine that can teleport in enemy attack units or attack by launching purple spheres into the air.
- The fifth Troia Base VR test. A massive MAME-Q that gets smaller and faster as it receives damage.
- Guardroids equipped with jetpacks allowing them limited flight capabilities.
- Metalls adapted for military use. Invincible while ducked under their helmets.
- The second Troia Base VR test. Its attacks change depending on the test difficulty level.
- The fourth Troia Base VR test. A MAME-Q jumps out of bottomless pits in a room with three spinning gear platforms. In the medium and hard test, there will be a pair with the ability to shoot.
- A hovering cannon that can attack from any angle.
- MAME-Qs that appear in pairs with an arc of electricity between them. Destroying one cancels the electric beam.
- Guardroids given sentry duty. May use a shield to deflect attacks.
- High-ranking Guardroids assigned to protect the Jakob project. May use a shield to deflect attacks.
- Blaster-carrying Guardroids summoned when intruders are caught in the searchlights of the stage Pitch Black.
- The sixth VR test. A MAME-Q controlling a scopion-like contraption that tries to force the player agaisnt a spiked wall.
- Small bee-like Mechaniloids that wait until their target comes close, then quickly dive in to sting.
- High-speed hover bikes piloted by Guardroids. Attack by ramming into their targets from different angles.
- Guardroids equipped with heavy firepower. May use a shield to deflect attacks.
- Saber-wielding Guardroids summoned when intruders are caught in the searchlights of the stage Pitch Black.
- Bipedal missile launcher Mechaniloids that attack by firing three missiles at the player when they've come moderately close.
- The base body for all Q-type Mechaniloids. Can power-up other Mechaniloids by attaching to them.
- Virtual Guardroids equipped with jetpacks that appears in the seventh virtual reality test. A single hammer-wielding Guardroid VR appears for Easy level tests. It is joined by a Vulcan-carrying Guardroid VR during Middle and Hard tests.
- Construction-worker Mechnaniloids existing since pre-Reploid days. Invincible while ducked under their helmet.
- Mass-produced Ride Armors piloted by Guardroids. Can deliver powerful punches. The armor can be commandeered if the pilot is destroyed.
- The eight and final VR test. A MAME-Q piloting a large, slowly-rotating dragon-like machine that must be destroyed piece by piece.
- Mets piloting a special mining Ride Armor designed specifically for Metalls. The Metall may drop unharmed if the armor is destroyed.
- Mass-produced, general-purpose Reploid soldiers encountered in many areas. May use a shield to deflect attacks.
- Reploids equipped with tread-feet that allows them to travel safely over deadly spikes.
- The first Troia Base VR test. These MAME-Q's appear on screen in groups of five in a set repeating pattern in different formations.
- MAME-Qs equipped with infra-red search beams. Sounds an alarm and calls in Siren-Q Attacker units if it detects an intruder.
- Slow-moving hovering Mechaniloids surrounded by an energy field that can capture and restrain the player on contact. Tag Assist is necessary to break free.
- Security attack units summoned by Siren-Q Watchers if an intruder wanders into their search beam.
- Indestructible patrol Mechaniloids capable of traveling on walls and ceilings. Stunned by attacks.
- Public service construction Mechaniloids. They charge up and use their shovels to hurls rocks at enemies.
- Floating cannons protected by a large indestructible shield. Must lift the shield to attack. Vunerable from behind.
- Crab-like patrol Mechaniloids. There small size allows them to easily slip under normal shots.
- A security MAME-Q that mainly floats about and lights up when the player comes close.
- Giant Bombees designed to guard installations. Can release smaller bees to attack when playing on Hard difficulty.
- Metalls equipped with noctovision equipment. Invincible while ducked under their helmets.
- The third VR test. A single MAME-Q that warps around a room with moving platforms and a bottomless pit. Its attacks and room layout depend on the test current difficulty.
- A large aircraft Mechaniloid, shaped like a manta ray. Encountered twice as a sub-boss in the stage Central White.
