Francois Ouimet (Born Oct. 14, 1951, in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired hockey defenceman. He played 25 games in the World Hockey Association for the Minnesota Fighting Saints and the Cincinnati Stingers in 1975-76 and 1976-77. He scored a goal and ten assists. In 1980 Ouimet moved to France where he played in the National Leagues. In 1987 he represented the country in the 1987 World Championship.
