Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear and Miss Piggy guest starred on the daytime talk show on April 13, 1977 to celebrate Kermit's 21st birthday. In one segment, Kermit sang "What Kind of Frog Am I?". Frank Oz and Jim Henson were also interviewed on camera with Kermit and Grover. Dinah asks Kermit what he would like for his birthday, and Kermit asks that he not get hit by Grover as a greeting. This leads to Grover demonstrating the routine, and asks Dinah how he could ever give up such a gesture of affection.

A backstage photo also includes Ruth Buzzi, Valerie Harper, Florence Henderson, and Jane Henson.
