Synopsis
| - Continued from last issue.... Chained to a coffin by Malachi Toomes and his uncle the Vulture, Spider-Man is on a conveyor belt into a cremation machine. Spider-Man manages to get free, and while the Vulture and Malachi fight with Black Alfred, Spidey manages to break loose. The flames the from the cremation machine causes enough of a distraction for Spider-Man to web up all the criminals present except for Malachi, the Vulture, and Black Alfred who have taken their fight to the back alleys.
There Malachie is shot dead by Black Alfred, enraged at the death of his only surviving family member, the Vulture savagely attacks Black Alfred. Spider-Man gets in the middle, and the Vulture ends up fleeing when the police show up. Spider-Man chases the Vulture into Grand Central Station. There, Spider-Man and the Vulture fight a frantic battle, until the Vulture tries to flee but ends up smashing into unbreakable glass at full speed. Spider-Man leaves the defeated Vulture to the police.
